I was going through my files of pictures and found some of the family mini-vacation we had together over Labor Day weekend. I can't believe I haven't already posted about this because as you can see, it was a pretty good time. A lot of sand volleyball (make sure to laugh at Bryan's funny volleyball face), sand bocce ball (which is surprisingly difficult), sand Euchre, and sand...sitting around...yep, a good time. It makes me miss the warm days. I recommend going to Michigan anytime you have a few days to kill. Oh, we also got our Christmas picture taken care of while we were there. It's always nice to avoid the poses next to the front door or the mantle or some other equally uninteresting place. (No offense if that's where any of you took yours) :)

What a good lookin' crew. They'd probably even make an ugly mantle look good.
A little bit of cleavage eh, while playing my fav. game Euchre- hehe -J (Is that your Christmas pic- haha
you WOULD comment on that Jenny...and that's why I love you so much!:)
and here I was thinking that I was pretty modest, all things considered.:)
By the way, the TOP picture is the one we'll be sending out for Christmas.
and when I say it is the picture that "we'll" be sending out, I mean that Bryan's parents will be sending out. As of now, Bryan and I aren't going to send a picture this year...and probably not until we have kids. I mean, who wants to look at a picture of a guy and a girl and their washer and dryer?:)
No- You need to send out a pic. I am desperate for them this year. I am glad my comment did not offend you- it was a little racy for a blog-oops. I forgot it is not just you & I looking at this :). -J
I laughed at the comment jenny...it's such a sister thing to say!! you should send out pictures of you and your "kids" (aka washer & dryer) that would be fun and unique.
by the way, just so I'm not scaring you, I am Rebekah Kaufmann (used to be an Inoue) your old camp counselor at Jr. High camp. Boy! I am feeling old!!!! I love you blog.
Jenny, isn't it comforting knowing that that comment will live on for all the strangers who visit this blog to see and laugh at?
Ashton, I would just adore a picture with you guys and your washer and dryer. It's far better than getting a picture of me standing beside my shelf of Chesterton books.
I've just got to get in on the fun commenting. Now Ash, I must say that I noticed your beach attire as well...pretty good for the beach but you'll need to pull it up next time you see a camera coming. wink wink =o) And I agree on the whole picture thing...you don't have to print a whole load of them or anything, just send them to family for a good time. I would charish it always. Noah and Adiran need a visual on you guys actually being married too I think...so that they get over thinking Bryan is your child...oh my.=o)
Thanks guys for the fun comments...and I hope no one was offended with some of the umm, explicit content. (If so, send all complaints to Jenny):)
And MAYBE I'll talk to Bryan about getting a picture...but only because you guys are so convincing.
By the way Rebekah, it was good to hear from you! It was especially fun to actually get a comment from someone outside of my family.:) And I do remember you from girls' camp...you were a great counselor!:)
